Delivery & Returns


Orders placed after 3pm (Monday to Friday) will not be shipped until the next working day.  

Orders placed over the weekend or during bank holidays will be packed however will not be shipped until the next working day.  

Next day delivery will be sent first class and is not guaranteed, Royal Mail aims to get your package with you the following day to which it is shipped.   

Coastal Surf reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery. 

Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the courier’s fee.

We accept no responsibility if the customer inputs the wrong name or address when placing an order and if they wish to retrieve their item they do so at their own cost.

If you wish to cancel your item Coastal Surf reserves the right to charge the full amount it costs us to retrieve the item from the courier.  


Mistakes Happen

If for some reason your product reaches you in a poor state or the wrong product was sent, please notify us within 7 days. After these seven days nothing can be done.  

If you have received your parcel in poor condition/damaged or have items missing. You must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their investigation. You must notify us within 1 day. 



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
